I’m tasting a Cask Conditioned-Double Pale Ale at one of my favorite local craft
breweries: Boston Beer Works. This beer was great! The notes in this beer were hoppy, citrusy, and very oaky. Out
of 5 stars, I would rate it a 4. I am extremely interested in making some cask conditioned ales myself. Thanks to all the brewers at Boston Beer works for your inspiration! Cheers!!
